Video Description: Paul listens to the song "Beautiful Boy" and tries to hold back the tears.Notice the tribute in the song to Paul ("every day, in every way, is getting better and better"). It's from The Beatles' song "Getting Better" - John's contribution to that song at the time was cynical and witty (his lyric was "it can't get no worse") but here he was sending a little message to Paul that Paul was right, life does just get keep getting better and better.Edit: Decided to disable comments. I hate YouTube comments, personally. They always devolve into ridiculous arguments, with the occasional appearance of a Nazi or a KKK member spouting their propaganda about the "Obama deception" or some other bullshit. Why do we feel the need to comment on every single thing we see? Why are we so needy that we just have to other people hear our opinions constantly? Society is becoming more and more immature. Everyone has to be texting all the time, on their phones, constantly communicating. They're so scared to sit in silence with only their own thoughts. Well I'm taking a stand! There is free speech in this video. The freedom to speak to yourself.

Cuba, honestly.. Why are you even watching this if you're just gunna shit all over it. That song was written about paul yes, and that was because they were arguing. John said it himself that he realized he was attacking himself. They made up in the early 70's. Did you ever have an argument with your friend before? And I don't give a shit about the history of Mexicans, and i sure as hell don't give a fuck about your fat floppy ass either.

Two of the greatest songwriters in history its hard to even aspire reaching a tenth of that level. If you have time, click on my name to check my channel and original songs, especially the songs called Soul of a Woman and In the Neighborhood (this one is slow so give it a full listen before judging), thx!!!

mundot - You don't matter.

Capn - John hated Paul so much that he recorded a scathing attack on Paul's shallow personality with "How Do You Sleep". In it, there are several references to Paul's musical shallowness, including "the only thing you ever did was "Yesterday". Not exactly the words of a "best friend". "Grease-ball", by the way, is a pejorative reference to Mexicans, who were largely employed processing cattle-hide on shipping docks in the 1940's, getting tallow all over their hands and body. I am Cuban, Opie.
